Job responsibilities –

• Manager- Flight Safety & Quality is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Assurance Plan is properly established, implemented, and maintained by performing the necessary audits and inspections.
• Ensure operations are conducted as per training & standards specified in Quality & Assurance Manual and update the manual in-line with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that the Safety Management System is properly implemented, maintained, and continuously reviewed and updated.
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the safety program.
• Monitor quality of flight, Sim, and Ground instructors and provide feedback to Chief Instructor regarding opportunities for improvements and retraining plans.
• Work with other functional managers in identifying hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies.

 

Educational and Experience Requirements

Experience	10+ years of experience in operations and minimum 5 years of experience in auditing & safety management   Prior experience in DGCA-approved positions in FTOs/ATOs/Airlines/NSOPs in India   Experience to audit Maintenance Department of FTO/Airline Operator/Other Operator	15+ years experience in operations and minimum 10 years of experience in auditing & safety management   Prior experience with similar fleet (Piper and Diamond aircrafts)
